The new Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 2021-2022 are clearly a benchmark in their category. The racing attitude of these bikes founds the perfect match the SC1-R muffler, the top of SC-Project products range in terms of performance and technical solutions.

Developed during many years of close relationships between the Aprilia Racing and SC-Project Race departments, the SC1-R silencer is the maximum expression of power, quality and hi-tech solutions for the hypersport 1.100cc engines made in Noale. Thanks to the presence of an exclusive valve-system – developed by SC-Project for MotoGP and WSBK exhausts – this product is totally compliant Euro 5 regulation.

Despite the severe restrictions of the Euro 5 compliance, this masterpiece of technology allows a sensible gain of torque (+1,4 Nm @ 7.500 rpm) and a consistent increase of power (+1,8 hp @ 13.000 rpm), but the benefit is distributed all around the range from 5.000 until 13.000 rpm. An important weight save of -20% (if compared to OEM exhaust), it fixes an absolut technical benchmark about homologated exhausts for these V4 engines. The final output of this exhaust is not just sound, but it is a real and vivid music for Aprilia lovers and owners.

The exit pipe obtained by hydroforming process and the Carbon Fiber end cap rhomboidal and asymmetric shape, makes SC1-R silencer aggressive and sporty. For this application the lightweight outer body is available in Titanium. The weldings manufactured T.I.G. technology in a protected environment, the sound-absorbing material resistant to very high temperatures and the insert bushings made in CNC machining, embellish the SC1-R muffler. The valve system is compatible the original control unit and wiring, and this makes a plug & play installation. It is not necessary any ECU remapping . The kit includes a specific Carbon Fiber heat cover.
